Maple Syrup time

Lots of fun!! Or it is when you only spend a few days doing it :) Last year we missed, but this year we got in on the tapping as well has gathering and boiling. While we were there, we helped make mom and dad's first 11 gallons of maple syrup. This year they have 500 taps on pipeline and 800 taps in buckets. And... we came home with a gallon of maple syrup to enjoy through the year!
